Description
The contracting authorities for Sykehusinnkjøp HF, the regional health companies with associated health companies and entities, intend to enter into a contract with Omilon AS for a data system for speech recognition for use in their organisations, primarily connected to documentation of patient journals, x-ray descriptions, laboratory analyses etc. The system shall be the same for all the disciplines, integrated with a number of specialist systems and have the necessary quality and good support tools. In December 2022 Sykehusinnkjøp HF carried out a prior information notice to be informed about the supplier market. Only Omilon AS responded. Clarifications have since been made and led negotiations with Omilon. The contracting authorities intend to enter into an agreement for cloud operating systems for the purpose.
