Public joint procurements in Agder (OFA) herby concludes, on behalf of the contracting authorities for the system, the established of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for temporary staff services for the health sector. The aim of the system was to give the contracting authority access to temporary staff services for the health sector excluding doctors.
