Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywne dostawy sprzętu jednorazowego użytku w podziale na następujące części: PAKIET 1 – PORTY NACZYNIOWE PAKIET 2 – ZESTAWY DO ZAKŁADANIA PORTÓW NACZYNIOWYCH Wykonawca może zaoferować wyłącznie produkty, które zostały dopuszczone do obrotu i używania zgodnie z wymogami ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j.
