Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywne dostawy produktu leczniczego PEMBROLIZUMAB dla Apteki Szpitalnej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zaoferowany produkt leczniczy znajdował się w katalogu leków refundowanych, stosowanych w ramach programu lekowego tj. musi znajdować się w aktualnie obowiązującym obwieszczeniu Ministra Zdrowia – w części B. „Leki i środki spożywcze specjalnego przeznaczenia żywieniowego dostępne w ramach programu lekowego”.
