Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywne dostawy produktu leczniczego Enoxaparinum dla Apteki Szpitalnej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Wykonawca może zaoferować produkty dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej – zgodnie z wymogami ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. Prawo Farmaceutyczne (t.j.
