Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy: Część I – mięsa – zał. 1 A do SWZ Część II – produktów mięsno-wędliniarskich – zał. 1 B do SWZ Część III – mleka i nabiału – zał. 1C do SWZ w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 30.06.2027 r., do poszczególnych lokalizacji: a) Dom Pomocy Społecznej Dom Kombatanta i Pioniera Ziemi Szczecińskiej, ul. Romera 21-29, 71-246 Szczecin; b) Dzienny Dom Pomocy Społecznej, ul. Potulicka 40, 70-234 Szczecin; Wielkość dostaw, czas dostawy, a także zakres rzeczowy dostaw określone są w załącznikach nr 3A do umowy (stanowiącego załącznik nr 3 do SWZ).
