1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa chloru w ilości 49 ton – używanego do dezynfekcji wody przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi (dalej jako „Produkt”). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) zawiera Załącznik nr 5 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej "SWZ"). 3. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
