Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego pojazdu specjalistycznego typu śmieciarka, z zabudową dwukomorową (zwanego dalej „pojazdem”), z finansowaniem w formie leasingu operacyjnego. 2. Pojazd musi być kompletny po zabudowie, z homologacją na pojazd kompletny. 3. Wykonawca na własny koszt dostarczy przedmiot zamówienia, do siedziby Zamawiającego.
