Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sterylnych, jednorazowych obłożeń pól operacyjnych. Zamówienie składa się z 13 części tzw. Pakietów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, asortyment i ilości znajduje się w załącznikach nr 3.1 ÷ 3.13 do SWZ. Składane oferty muszą zawierać pełny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie danego pakietu.
