Przedmiotem postępowania jest określenie ramowych warunków udzielenia i realizacji zamówień wykonawczych, w okresie obowiązywania Umów Ramowych. Zamawiający w ramach Umów Wykonawczych będzie dokonywał zakupów sprzętu komputerowego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej SOPZ) zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
