Przedmiotem zamówienia w niniejszym postępowaniu jest: dostawa sprzętu jednorazowego oraz materiałów medycznych dla Szpitala Joannitas w Pszczynie, zgodnie ze specyfikacją określoną w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (formularze cenowe), stanowiącymi szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
