Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia będzie spektrometr EDXRF (z ang. energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence) z lampą rentgenowską z anodą srebrną (Ag) stosowany do nieniszczącej analizy pierwiastków od fluoru (F) do ameryku (Am) w ciałach stałych, cieczach, proszkach sypkich i prasowanych oraz na filtrach. W szczególności spektrometr EDXRF będzie przystosowany do analiz cząstek stałych występujących w powietrzu, osadzonych jako cienkie warstwy pyłów na odpowiednich filtrach.
