Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są; a)sukcesywne dostawy soczewek wraz z utworzeniem depozytu soczewek na oddziale okulistycznym, b)sukcesywne dostawy materiałów wiskoelastycznych i innych, c)dzierżawa aparatów. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia szczegółowo opisany został w załączniku nr 1A - opis przedmiotu zamówienia-formularz cenowy, w którym przedstawiono prognozowane zużycie na okres 24 miesięcy.
