Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa różnego rodzaju pojazdów specjalnych na potrzeby Państwowej Straży Pożarnej według podziału określonego w pkt. 6.3 SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi zostać wykonany w zakresie i zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ, w szczególności w załącznikach nr 1 A-C do niej pt.: „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (zwanym dalej także „OPZ”) oraz zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Szczegółowe wymagania co do wykonania zamówienia określono również w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ pt.: „Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy” (zwanych dalej także „PPU”).
