1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa rękawic diagnostycznych i chirurgicznych dla podmiotów leczniczych województwa podkarpackiego wymienionych w rozdz. I SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji określono w następujących załącznikach do SWZ: Załącznik nr 4A. Formularz ofertowo – cenowy, Załącznik nr 4B. Zapotrzebowanie dla poszczególnych Zamawiających, Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Załącznik nr 3.Projektowane postanowienia umowy, 3. Dostawy przedmiotu zamówienia odbywać się będą w asortymencie i ilościach zapotrzebowanych przez Zamawiających wskazanych w załączniku nr 4B do SWZ.
