Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 pakiety (zadania), tj.: PAKIET I ASORTYMENT STOSOWANY PODCZAS ZABIEGÓW OPERACYJNYCH 1 (Załącznik Nr 2.1.) PAKIET II ASORTYMENT STOSOWANY PODCZAS ZABIEGÓW OPERACYJNYCH 2 (Załącznik Nr 2.2.) PAKIET III ASORTYMENT STOSOWANY PODCZAS ZABIEGÓW OPERACYJNYCH 3 (Załącznik Nr 2.3.) PAKIET IV PRODUKTY MEDYCZNE JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU WYKONANE Z WŁÓKNINY ORAZ Z GAZY, ZESTAWY ZABIEGOWE 4 (Załącznik Nr 2.4.) 1. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zmiany ilości poszczególnych elementów przedmiotu zamówienia i wyszczególnionego w Załączniku Nr 2 (od 2.1 do 2.4 ) do niniejszej umowy, a mianowicie: a) jednostronnego zmniejszenia wielkości zamówienia w poszczególnej z pozycji w obrębie danej części przedmiotu zamówienia (każdy asortyment) o maksimum 30% ilości ujętych w formularzu asortymentowo – cenowym, b) zwiększenia ilości jednej pozycji, kompensując to zmniejszeniem ilości innej pozycji w obrębie danego pakietu (części) z zachowaniem cen jednostkowych zawartych w danym formularzu asortymentowo – cenowym bez zmiany wartości umowy, o której mowa w § 2 ust. 2 niniejszej Umowy. 2.
