1. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części- 28 pakietów/ zadań 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony wZałączniku Nr 1 do SWZ – formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy, stanowiącymZałącznik Nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części/ pakiety ustalone w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolne pakiety lub na cały przedmiot zamówienia.
