Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa pieca do uzyskiwania monokryształów metodą Czochralskiego o średnicy kryształów 2” do 6” (dalej „Piec” lub „Urządzenie”) Zakres zamówienia obejmuje dostawę Pieca, montaż Pieca (w tym jego uruchomienie) oraz przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego w użytkowaniu Pieca.
