Miejsce realizacji dostaw: Zakład Uzdatniania Wody Goczałkowice, ul. Jeziorna 5, 43-230 Goczałkowice-Zdrój (PL22C) 2. Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji Zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
