1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest DOSTAWA MEDYCZNEGO SPRZĘTU JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU DO ZABIEGÓW UROLOGICZNYCH ORAZ POZOSTAŁEGO SPRZĘTU JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU zgodnie z opisem i wymaganiami zawartymi w Załącznikach Nr 2 do Specyfikacji (w formularzach asortymentowo – cenowych). Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 8 pakietów (zadań), tj.: PAKIET I SPRZĘT MEDYCZNY JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU DO ZABIEGÓW UROLOGICZNYCH NR 1(Załącznik Nr 2.1.) PAKIET II SPRZĘT MEDYCZNY JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU DO ZABIEGÓW UROLOGICZNYCH NR 2 (Załącznik Nr 2.2.) PAKIET III SPRZĘT MEDYCZNY JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU DO ZABIEGÓW UROLOGICZNYCH NR 3 (Załącznik Nr 2.3.)
