Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa leków do apteki szpitalnej Zamawiającego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stawiane wymagania oraz szacowane ilości i rodzaj asortymentu zostały określone w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, stanowiącym jednocześnie formularze asortymentowo-cenowe. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 35 Części. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego zawiera Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
