1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa do Specjalistycznego Szpitala Ortopedyczno – Rehabilitacyjnego „Górka” w Busku – Zdroju, ul. Starkiewicza 1, 28-100 Busko – Zdrój implantów, endoprotez i materiałów do procedur ortopedycznych. Zamówienie obejmuje dostawę wg asortymentu i w ilości wskazanej w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
