Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa filtrów laboratoryjnych antyleukocytarnych do KKP. W ramach niniejszego zamówienia Zamawiający przewiduje zamówienie podstawowe oraz z tytułu prawa opcji. W zakresie niniejszego postępowania Zamawiający przewiduje zamówienie z tytułu art. art. 30 ust. 4 ustawy pzp. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz Nr 1 i Załącznik Nr 1 oraz ich ewentualne modyfikacje stanowiące integralną część niniejszej SWZ.
