Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej (i odkup wytworzonej w instalacjach OZE) w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.) w prognozowanej łącznej ilości 2796,100 MWh dla Miasta i Gminy Serock oraz jej Jednostek Organizacyjnych wymienionych w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ w okresie od dnia 1.01.2026r. do dnia 31.12.2026r.
