Rydygiera Ludwika 1, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1385 ze zm.), wydanymi na jej podstawie aktami wykonawczymi. Zamówienie nie obejmuje świadczenia usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej.
