Description
Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia sektorowego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. (Dz.U. poz. 2019 ze zm.), zwanej dalej ustawą Pzp. Postępowanie jest prowadzone w języku polskim. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na zadania. Rodzaj i ilości zadań szczegółowo określono w Formularzu Ofertowym, który stanowi Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ. Ofertę wraz z załącznikami oraz JEDZ, pod rygorem nieważności, sporządza się w postaci elektronicznej i opatruje się kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym.
