1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ciepła do siedziby Filharmonii Świętokrzyskiej w Kielcach, przy ul. Żeromskiego 12. 2. Energia cieplna dostarczana będzie z sieci ciepłowniczej w ilości wynikającej z zamówionej mocy, tj. łącznie 0,900000 MW na podstawie wskazań układu pomiarowo – rozliczeniowego. 3. Dostarczanie energii cieplnej do ogrzewania pomieszczeń będzie sezonowe. 4. Podstawą rozliczenia za sprzedaż ciepła będzie faktyczna ilość ciepła pobrana przez Zamawiającego.
