1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 35 dwunapędowych zespołów trakcyjnych wraz ze świadczeniem usług utrzymania. 2. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. j. Dz.U. z 2023 r., poz. 1605 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp” lub "Pzp". Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 3.
