Description
Доставката ще се възложи чрез борсова сделка на лицензирана стокова борса. Прогнозното количество е 30 000л. Срок на договора: 1 година, считано от 11.04.2024 г. Съгласно чл. 79, ал.1, т.7 от ЗОП Възложителите могат да възлагат обществени поръчки чрез процедура на договаряне без предварително обявление, когато предметът на поръчката е доставка на стоки, определени по списък, одобрен с акт на МС по предложение на министъра на финансите и сделката може да се извърши на лицензирана стокова борса.
