Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie sprzętów medycznych do siedziby Zamawiającego zgodnie z opisem i wymaganiami zawartymi w Załącznikach nr 1A-1D do nin. Specyfikacji (w zakresie części, na którą zostaje złożona oferta). 2. Oferty nie posiadające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia (w zakresie części, której dotyczą) zostaną odrzucone. 3. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia określa projekt umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 3A oraz 3B do nin. Specyfikacji.
