Description
Binnen de Belastingdienst is er behoefte aan het kunnen doorverwijzen van mensen en ondernemingen met financiële problemen en zorgen (de doelgroep). Naast het telefonische (direct) kunnen doorverbinden van de doelgroep heeft de Belastingdienst ook behoefte aan een doorverwijzing digitaal. Gezien het onderwerp wil de Belastingdienst dienst voor de gehele doelgroep één centraal punt waar men zowel telefonisch als digitaal naar doorverwezen kan worden. De omvang van de opdracht op basis van 4 jaar is geraamd op €2.350.000,00 exclusief btw
