Description
De Belastingdienst heeft op dit moment een aflopende overeenkomst, documenten, en wil een nieuwe overeenkomst afsluiten waarbij de raming van de contractwaarde boven de Europese aanbestedingsdrempel uitstijgt. Middels deskresearch en gesprekken met andere aanbestedende diensten, hebben we nog geen passende organisaties gevonden, anders dan de huidige leverancier, die ons kan voorzien in onze behoefte. Het betreft een marktconsultatie. De hoeveelheid en omvang is gegeven in de documenten.
