Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Wahl eines Lieferanten, der eine Standard-Softwarelösung eines Enterprise DMS gemäss den im Pflichtenheft unter Kapitel 2 beschriebenen Anforderungen für die Auftraggeberin bereitstellt und die in den nachfolgenden Kapiteln 3.3 und 3.4 beschriebenen Projekt- und Betriebsleistungen erbringt. Es ist eine datenschutzkonforme Lösung als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) anzubieten.
