Predmet naročila je sklenitev okvirnega sporazuma s ponovnim odpiranjem konkurence med strankami okvirnega sporazuma za dograditev omrežne, komunikacijske in strežniške infrastrukture ter dobavo računalniške opreme za potrebe PIS za obdobje treh let v skladu z Uredbo o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 49/20 - ZIUZEOP, 152/20 - ZZUOOP, 121/21, 132/23; v nadaljevanju: Uredba).
