Clare County Council wishes to engage a competent and experienced organisation or person as Service Provider for the provision of Dog Warden Services in County Clare, the management and operation of the Dog Shelter facility located at Ennis, Co. Clare, under the provision of the Control of Dogs Acts, 1986 to 2010 and the inspection of dog breeding establishments under the Dog Breeding Establishments Act, 2010.
