Description

It is proposed to undertake Roof Works to an existing flat roof deck which is finished in asphalt and dates back to circa 1960s when the school was originally constructed. The Scope of Works includes the replacement / redressing of localised Lead Flashing, New Parapet Capping and a complete installation of New Roof Membrane and improved Insulation along with the incorporation of a New Rain Water System. Upon completion of the external roofing works it is proposed to redecorate all internal affected areas complete with paint finish in selected colour.
