Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v zavedeném DNS bude zajištění dodávek studené modifikované směsi pro použití za studena. Asfaltová směs nesmí obsahovat rozpouštědla a musí dle technického listu a CE umožňovat plně funkčně realizaci bez nutnosti penetrace, ošetřování pracovních spár (např. zálivkou) a bez klimatického omezení (funkčně realizovatelný i za mokra).
