Cílem zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcových dohod podle § 131 ZZVZ na dodávky letních a zimních pneumatik a obnovených pneumatik – protektorů včetně tzv. kostry a provádění servisu pneumatik pro zadavatele (dále také jen TS Zlín) a pro společnost Technické služby Zlínsko, s.r.o.
