Predmetom zákazky je pravidelná dodávka elektrickej energie do všetkých odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa uvedeného v Prílohe č. 2 – Zoznam odberných miest a spotrieb na obdobie od 02/2024 do 12/2024. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou dodávky elektrickej energie je aj zabezpečenie distribúcie elektrickej energie a ostatných regulovaných služieb, čo v konečnom dôsledku predstavuje združené dodávky.

• Price — Jediným kritériom na vyhodnotenie ponúk bude najnižšia aditívna obchodná prirážka (OP) na 1 MWh (bez DPH) elektrickej energie
