Description
De groep stad Antwerpen verwerkte elke dag een massa elektronische en papieren documenten (brieven, facturen, …) via diverse kanalen. We zoeken een duurzame oplossing om al deze documenten te kunnen digitaliseren, registreren, archiveren, beheren en door te sturen naar de verschillende bedrijfseenheden voor verdere verwerking. Het resultaat is dat we de documenten op een veilige, gestructureerde, kostenefficiënte en wettelijk correcte manier kunnen centraliseren en beheren en zo de administratie ondersteunen.
