Description

The competition is for the delivery of scanners for digitalisation of photo collections and paper documents. We have divided the competition into two groups: Group 1 for photography and group 2 for paper. Common to both groups is that we have millions of original documents that shall be digitalised in the best and efficient way possible. We seek solutions that give our digital copies an authentic visual expression. We rely on FADGI "Technical Guidelines for Digitizing Cultural Heritage Materials" standards and quality assure with Image Science Associates Golden Thread system. We need to purchase several scanners for the digitalisation of several large photo and paper collections with an estimated total value of NOK 3,000,000 - NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information.
