Description
Predmet javnega naročila je dobava električne in toplotne energije iz za obdobje od 12. 1. 2026 do 30. 6. 2030 za potrebe Trubarjevega doma upokojencev Loka pri Zidanem mostu. Skladno z Uredbo o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS št. 51/17, 64/19 in 121/21) je ponudnik dolžan ponuditi najmanj 55% električne energije pridobljene iz obnovljivih virov energije (OVE) oziroma iz soproizvodnje električne energije (SPTE) z visokim izkoristkom, kot to določa zakon, ki ureja energetiko .
