Description

Predmet javnega naročila je dobava in montaža notranje opreme ter zunanjih igral za objekt »Otroški vrtec Dolenjske Toplice«, pri čemer naročnik upošteva določila Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 in 132/23) iz točke 8 prvega odstavka 4. člena v zvezi z 10. točko drugega odstavka 6. člena, tako da je v predračunu in Projektu opreme in igral upošteval, da delež lesa ali lesnih tvoriv v pohištvu znaša več kot 70 % prostornine uporabljenih materialov za izdelavo pohištva, razen če predpis ali namen uporabe to prepoveduje ali onemogoča.
