Predmet javnega naročila obsega dobavo in montažo nove in nerabljene opreme za kuhinjo, končno čiščenje opreme ter prostorov, kjer se izvaja montaža, pregled in preizkus delovanja (testiranje opreme) ob prisotnosti predstavnika naročnika in/ali nadzornika in izvedbo usposabljanja uporabnikovega osebja za vso dobavljeno opremo. Predmet naročila vključuje tudi vzdrževanje in servisiranje montirane opreme v garancijskem roku
