Naročnik namerava zaradi svojih nujnih potreb v predmetnem odprtem postopku javnega naročila pridobiti dobavitelja/izvajalca za sukcesivno dobavo elementov različnih tipov jeklenih varnostnih ograj (v nadaljevanju: JVO) in sukcesivno izvedbo zamenjave/popravila v prometnih nesrečah poškodovanih obstoječih JVO in z njim v nadaljevanju tudi skleniti pogodbo za »Dobava in montaža jeklenih varnostnih ograj« za obdobje 24 (štiriindvajset) mesecev.
