Description
Predmet javnega naročila je dobava in inštalacija sistema tekočinske kromatografije s tandemskim masnim spektrometrom (LC/MS/MS), pri čemer morata biti visoko zmogljivi tekočinski kromatograf in masni spektrometer istega proizvajalca. Programska oprema mora omogočati celovito in neomejeno krmiljenje vseh podsistemov sistema LC/MS/MS. Inštrument mora zagotavljati razplinjevanje mobilne faze, mešanje pri visokem tlaku ter delovanje pri pretokih najmanj do 2 mL/min in tlakih do 1300 bar. Vsi sestavni deli HPLC-inštrumenta morajo biti opremljeni s sistemom za zaznavanje puščanja. Vse navedene specifikacije masnega spektrometra morajo biti dosežene in izkazane po izvedbi samodejne rutine »autotune«, brez dodatnih ročnih nastavitev.
