Dobava električne energije z najmanj 50% deležem električne energije iz obnovljivih virov energije, kot to določa zakon, ki ureja energetiko za KOCEROD družba za ravnanje z odpadki d.o.o., Mislinjska Dobrava 108a, 2383 Šmartno pri Slovenj Gradcu za 7 (sedem) odjemnih mest, z okvirnimi količinami po posameznih odjemnih mestih, navedenih v Prilogi 1, s sklenitvijo pogodbe za obdobje 36 mesecev od dne, ko merilna mesta preidejo v bilančno skupino dobavitelja.
