Predmet naročila je dobava električne energije za potrebe Luke Koper, d.d. Delež električne energije, pridobljene iz obnovljivih virov oziroma soproizvodnje električne energije z visokim izkoristkom, znaša najmanj 50 % dobavljene električne energije, skladno z Uredbo o zelenem javnem naročanju (Ur. l. RS, št. 51/17 in naslednji). Naročilo je enovito in ni razdeljeno na sklope. Natančnejše specifikacije in obseg predvidene porabe je razviden iz dokumenta »Popis merilnih mest in obseg porabe«
