Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 6 zile. Nota: Daca in timpul evaluarii tehnice, comisia de evaluare, intampina neclaritati privind evaluarea documentelor tehnice, autoritatea contractanta, isi rezerva dreptul de a solicita mostre pentru verificarea conformitatii cerintelor tehnice stabilite in caietul de sarcini.
