Description
Conform Programului anual de achizitii publice pentru anul 2024 precum si a referatului de necesitate intocmit de compartimentul de specialitate ( Farmacia Spitalului) si înregistrată cu nr. 10.771/19.06.2024 , Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca urmeaza sa achizitioneze medicamente pentru asigurarea tratamentelor corespunzatoare fiecarui pacient , pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Valoarea estimată a achiziției este de 781.042,00 lei.Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde consolidat ,in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.Avand in vedere prevederile art.68 lit.(a) din Lg 98/2016 precum si a prev.art.17 alin.2 din HG395/2016 , procedura de atribuire propusa pentru acesta achizitie este licitatie deschisă.
